Is a Pedagogical Engineer the same as a Prompt Engineer?

No. A Pedagogical Engineer focuses on learning: the questions, guardrails, misconceptions, sequencing and standards that should shape an AI-supported educational experience.

Can this support learners outside the classroom?

Yes. The teacher’s pedagogy can guide remediation, homework, test preparation and independent practice when direct one-to-one teacher time is not available.
